Responsibility for incorrect address is at the customer's expense.
In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will refund, replace or repair faulty items as appropriate.
If you have received an item which is faulty or incorrect, please send us an email via our CONTACT US page (firstname.lastname@example.org) with photographs of the fault or details of the incorrect item received.
Customers cover the cost of returning any items to Bague.
